We are easy to reach. Although most of our calls are answered promptly, as back up, we have a 24hr. return call policy (see below). Our lines are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We also have our 24 hours emergency waiting for you in your time of need.
We don’t make you wait by the phone. Leave us a message when our offices are closed, and you can expect a prompt call back within the next 24 hours or the next business day.
We let you know whom to expect. When you make an appointment with us, you’ll know the name of our handyman who will be handling your project even before he shows up.
